Travel Policy

 

 We are offering extra flexibility for our passengers. Flexible options are provided to passengers affected by the flight suspensions when Sales Validity between 1 January 2019 – 28 February 2021 and Travel Validity between 17 March 2020 - 28 February 2021

 

Reservation Date Change:

  • Reservation date change penalties will be waived if the flights are cancelled due to airport closure.
  • 5% discount on the difference in fare will be applied.
  • Passengers can request to re-validate their tickets on any date before 28 February 2021, but the processes of the re-validation should be done on/before 28 February 2021

 

Voucher (EMD):

Offering you more flexibility to fly with us again, we have now more options for passengers choose from:

  • Travel voucher (Good for travel) valid for two years from day of issuance.
  • Refundable Voucher valid for one year from day of issuance.
  • Voucher/EMD value can be used by the passenger’s family members (consent to be submitted when requesting this option).
  • Refund can be processed according to your country law, if not available RJ’s ticket terms and conditions apply.

  • For passengers holding tickets with point of sale (IL) and affected by flight suspensions due to the COVID 19 epidemic. RJ will make the relevant refund within 90 days from the day stipulated in the flight ticket, or until October 1, 2020, whichever latest.

 

 


Jordan Entry Requirement

 

Following the updated travel procedure to help you plan your upcoming business or personal trip to Jordan.

 

  1. Visit https://www.gateway2jordan.gov.jo to complete the required form and to obtain the QR code which is mandatory for boarding (Not required for children under 5 years old)
  2. Have PCR test with a negative result within 120 hours before departure (Not required for children under 5 years old)
  3. Another PCR test is required upon arrival
  4. Install (AMAN Mobile Application) on mobile phone
  5. Submit Passenger Health Declaration and Locator Form
  6. Have a valid Health Insurance is required for Non – Jordanians
  7. (7) Days self-quarantine after negative PCR test, for passengers arriving from all countries.
  8. Any passenger gives falsified or incorrect information is subject to a fine of 10,000 JD.
  9. Effective 17 November 2020, all arriving passengers from Turkey must provide PCR test from Accredited Labs Only. Click here to learn more about accredited labs
  10. All arriving passengers from Egypt must provide PCR test from the following Accredited Laboratories only: (Central Laboratories of the Egyptian Ministry of Health / Ain Shams Specialized Hospital & AlBorg Labs)

Passengers travelling out of Jordan can use their PCR test certificate (If required by destination station) to travel back to Jordan provided that PCR test is conducted within 120 hours from their travel back date.


International transfer passengers are allowed at Jordanian Airports as follows:

  • Negative PCR test is required within 72 hours before arrival
  • The planned transfer time is not exceeding 6 hours

 

Passengers travelling to Jordan for Medical Tourism through “Salamtak Platform” are exempted from the following conditions provided that they hold a letter issued from Private Hospitals Association:

 

Diplomats and Employees of Regional and International Organizations (and their dependents and family members holding special or/and regular passports) residing in Jordan have a special QR code for Diplomats and are exempted from the following conditions:

  • Provide PCR test with negative results before the flight
  • Conduct PCR test upon arrival Jordan
  • Provide Valid Health insurance.

 

Passengers holding “Investor Card” category (A,B), Investor Passport or Investor Residence and their families are allowed entry into Jordan provided that they are holding PCR test with negative result within 72 hours before departure ONLY (Passengers will conduct PCR test upon arrival without registering on Visit Jordan website).

 

Any passenger who left UK less than 14 days prior to the departure to Jordan will not be allowed to enter Jordan
