    We hope that you, your families and your loved ones are staying safe and in good health.

    We've got your back! As we continue to closely monitor this unprecedented COVID-19 situation, given how rapidly it has changed over the past few weeks, and the widespread disruptions it caused to our members daily lives and travel plans, we have decided on the following actions for the benefit of our valued members:

    We have extended the tier status for Platinum HAWK, Gold SPARROW and Silver JAY members whose tier statuses expired between 15 March to date, as well as for those members whose statuses are due to expire by 30 June, for a period of 6 months from the original expiry date; with the extension of all associated tier benefits.
  • We have extended the tier status for Platinum HAWK, Gold SPARROW and Silver JAY members whose tier statuses are due to expire between 01 July and 31 December, for a period of 3 months from the original expiry date, with the extension of all associated tier benefits.
  • We have extended the validity of award miles for Royal Club corporate accounts that expired between 15 March to date, as well as those due to expire by 30 June, for a period of 6 months from their original expiry date.
  • As the situation continues to evolve, we will keep you updated of any further changes and actions during these uncertain times.
