- This Policy shall apply to
- tickets;
- Miscellaneous Charge Orders (MCOs); and
- Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMDs),
- issued via
- Royal Jordanian's Sales Offices;
- Royal Jordanian's authorized General Sales Agents ;
- Royal Jordanian's Phone Sales; or
- Royal Jordanian's Internet Booking Engine (herein referred to as "Document(s)").
- Refunded amount will be only credited to the customer who has purchased the Document and who presents a proof of identification as well as the Document's payment receipt.
- Documents issued to corporate and government organizations should be only refunded to the same organization.
- No refund whatsoever will be made in respect of the Documents' service charges/fees that Royal Jordanian applies and amend from time to time according to its sole discretion.
- In the event of having more than one fare rule, the most restricted fare determined by Royal Jordanian's fare rules to be applied for validity of the ticketed fare and refund rules.
- In case of cancellation/refund the refund amount is only eligible to be returned using the same original payment method used for purchase.
Under special circumstances if the refund is requested to a different payment method than the one used in the original sale transaction:- tickets issued/re issued through Royal Jordanian's website www.rj.com , Mobile application, and Call-Center office, kindly to contact ibesupport@rj.com.
- For tickets issued/re issued through Royal Jordanian's sales offices using credit/debit card payment method, kindly to contact the closest RJ sales office.
