Jordan Entry Requirement

 

 

Jordan entry regulations are changing frequently. Make sure to review the following requirements for most recent information before you travel.

For your health safety, please keep wearing masks at the airport, during boarding, throughout your flight, and as you leave the aircraft.

 

The following to be applied on inbound flights:

 

Before you travel:

- Non-Jordanian passengers are required to visit https://www.visitjordan.gov.jo portal prior departure, complete the required form, and obtain the QR code which is mandatory to be presented prior boarding and upon arrival. 

Exemptions:

  • Jordanian Passengers, their families (wives and children regardless of their nationality).
  • Transit Passengers

  

Diplomatic passengers

Diplomatic QR holders (Diplomats and Employees of Regional and International Organizations and their dependents and family members holding diplomatic passports, special passports, or regular passports) have a permanent diplomatic QR code that its validity does not expire, and it is possible to return with this code to Jordan for several trips.

Travel Policy

 

Following flexible options will be provided to our passengers in case of already issued vouchers

 

 Voucher options (EMDs)

  • Extending already issued vouchers validity (Air transportation/refundable vouchers) for two years and two months from original day of issuance.
  • Extending Already issued Residual value vouchers for two years and two months from the date of original voucher/EMD issuance.
  • EMD/Voucher value can be used by close family members (Father, Mother, Brother, Sister, Spouse and Children), provided that the attached form is signed & approved by voucher holder.
  • Expired tickets which were not yet exchanged to vouchers, are non-changeable to vouchers, and none-refundable unless contradicts with local laws.
  • For current nonoperational routes, offer nonrefundable voucher valid for one year, applicable in case of issued voucher or expired unused ticket.

Nonoperational routes, (Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Moscow, Vienna, Munich, & Algeria) .
