- I understand and acknowledge once refund request is submitted, cardholder will not be entitled to submit a chargeback claim on Royal Jordanian through his bank.
- I understand that Royal Jordanian will Refund ticket according to ticket rules and conditions applied at the time of purchase.
- I understand that by submitting this request, the booking will be cancelled and I will not be able to reverse this process
- I understand that when requesting a refund, Taxes & Miles are nonrefundable.
