Our most exclusive Tier, Platinum HAWK is the ultimate recognition of your loyalty, offering you exclusive privileges and rewards while increasing your earning power to unprecedented levels.   

- As a “Platinum HAWK”, you will be entitled to a selection of benefits from RJ and the oneworld alliance based on your EMERALD® oneworld tier status: *

  • *Platinum Hawk members are entitled to two complimentary upgrade vouchers every 12 months.
  • *Each upgrade voucher is valid for one sector/segment only.
  • *The vouchers can only be used within the period for which the tier is valid.
  • *Upgrades should be requested 2 to 4 weeks prior to the flight date via email to frequentflyer@rj.com
  • *RJ reserves the right to confirm or reject the upgrade on a specific flight at its sole discretion.
  • *Blackout periods apply.

*Guaranteed Economy class seat on fully booked flights

Platinum Hawk members can purchase a revenue economy class seat for themselves on any fully booked RJ flight as per the following terms and conditions :

1-Platinum Hawk Member should contact RJ’s Call Center at Least 48 hours prior to the flight. Call Center Platinum Hawk members’ Hotline: +962.6.5202422  - Call Center 24/7: +962.6.5100000 to use his/her Guaranteed Seat Benefit.
2-Platinum Hawk members will be allowed to purchase One Economy Class Seat on confirmed basis, in the highest Economy “Y” class on any sold out RJ flight.
3-Seat sold under this category would be for the Platinum Hawk Member himself/herself.
4- Seat guarantee terms and conditions apply. We will do our best to confirm a seat in an Economy Class seat on the chosen flight For Platinum Hawk members,. However, during major holidays and special events this may not be possible on some flights, for further assistance or inquiries, contact us at Frequentflyer@rj.com
