Travel Guide for traveling on TGV/SNCF
If you are traveling to our offered destinations using TGV/SNCF rail operator (Train + Air), please note below important information:-
- Check in for rail sectors is not available through RJ online, or RJ check in counters.
- You can collect your SNCF e-train ticket directly from https://check-in.accesrail.com 72 hours before the train's departure.
- Once at the station, you can board your train directly with your SNCF e-ticket. (Collection is also possible, only on the day of departure of the train, at the self-service terminals in the station)
- Passengers shall keep a printed copy of the train ticket or/boarding pass for their entire journey.
- Your checked-in baggage needs to be collected from your RJ destination.
- RJ disclaims any liability for any additional transportation cost between any railway station and the airport, claims or issues relating to the transportation on your rail journey including but not limited to: cancellations, delays, baggage loss or damage.
- Special request services cannot be booked on the rail segments through RJ. For assistance please contact any of our sales channels or ibesupport@rj.com at least one week before departure of your RJ flight.

If you are traveling to our offered air/rail destinations using rail operator, please note below important information:-
- Check in for railways segments is available on railway link www.rail-checkin.com within 72hours before train departure time, using the reservation number that was provided by RJ/and your last name. Check in for rail sectors is not available through RJ online, or RJ check in counters. Train Ticket available for download and sent via e-mail to passenger
- After you complete check in online on the rail segment, print out a copy of the train boarding pass for your entire journey.
- Your checked in baggage needs to be collect from your RJ destination, and you also have to check it in separately at the rail station for the rail sectors.
- RJ disclaims any liability for any additional transportation cost between any railway station and the airport, claims or issues relating to the transportation on your rail journey including but not limited to: cancellations, delays, baggage loss or damage.
