Delayed / Damaged Luggage

Damaged Baggage
A maximum of USD 100 will be paid for each passenger who receives baggage that is completely damaged and cannot be repaired, depending on the type and brand of bag.

Pilfered Baggage
The amount of compensation for pilfered baggage will be based on the difference between the weight shown on the baggage check at the station of origin, and the actual weight received at destination, the weight will be multiplied by USD 20, taking into consideration RJ's limited liability on items that are not acceptable in passenger baggage such as: money, jewelry, etc.

Baggage Claims
RJ should be notified as soon as possible about loss, delay or damage to checked baggage. A written claim must be submitted immediately upon the arrival of the flight on which the baggage was checked.

Important Notice
Luggage tracking is accomplished through the WORLDTRACER system at the majority of RJ stations

Delivery Service
At stations where delivery service is not available, an amount of 15 JOD or equivalent will be paid as transportation compensation to the passenger whose baggage does not accompany him/her at the time of arrival and which is later found after tracing.
