Carry-on Luggage

For the comfort of all passengers it is necessary to limit the size and number of each passenger's cabin baggage.

J Class Passengers (Crown)

Flight operated by Embraer aircraft only one piece is accepted and the second one shall be:

  • Removed from passengers at the aircraft door,
  • Labeled with the "Limited Release" tag (RJ 56) dully filled and signed by the passenger
  • Passenger shall be informed to remove all important documents and valuable items, if any, and his/her bag will be available at arrival halls at destination
  • Loaded in aircraft hold
  • Upon arrival at destination, removed bulky handbags shall be offloaded first and immediatly delivered to passengers at the arrival halls.

Y Class Passengers (Economy):

One piece of carry-on baggage per person is allowed in the cabin. It must be of a size, weight and shape to fit under the passenger's seat or in the enclosed storage compartment and its weight must not exceed 7kgs.

  • Depth: 23cm

The following articles may be carried on board, free of charge:

  • A coat
  • An umbrella or walking stick
  • A small camera or binoculars
  • A pair of crutches
  • A personal computer

Special Note:
Laptop computers and small video camera units shall be considered equivalent to a briefcase or one overnight bag. These items must be stowed under the seat in front of the passenger.

Items which exceed these limitations are not permitted into the aircraft cabin.

Please refer the excess items to check-in-staff who will arrange stowage in the aircraft baggage compartment.

Infants
Infants are allowed baby food and other necessities for the flight, to a maximum weight of 7kgs, in addition to the carry-on allowance of the accompanying adult. Baby buggies may need to be checked in at the gate due to limited stowage in the aircraft cabin space.
