At time of payment, you will receive a Miscellaneous Charges Order (MCO) for your selected package. The MCO is an RJ document and serves both as a confirmation and exchange document for the package you have purchased. Please keep this important document with your RJ ticket while traveling. It is important to present the original MCO to the ZUWAR representative upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport, as services may be refused otherwise.

Zuwar Stopover is a service that Royal Jordanian avails to all its transit passengers traveling via Amman. A return ticket to the country of origin does not qualify for the purchase of the package. Travel must be routed to another point beyond Amman and Aqaba and on Royal Jordanian flights. Booking and payment must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival in Amman. A Zuwar Stopover cannot be purchased upon arrival in Jordan.

For passengers wishing to combine more than one destination (Amman, Dead Sea and/or Petra). Guests will have to request such transfers when booking their Zuwar package on an extra cost.

It is the responsibility of Zuwar guests to ensure that they hold valid passports and visas for their final destinations. Zuwar guests staying longer than 24 hours must hold a valid Jordanian visa which can be acquired for JOD 10 (about $ 14.15). Most nationalities may obtain visas upon arrival at the airport in Amman. Please check with Royal Jordanian offices or your travel agent for any restrictions that may apply.

All travelers are advised to arrange for adequate insurance cover (medical, repatriation, etc).

Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to arrival in Amman will be refunded in full. Otherwise, Royal Jordanian will not be accountable to any refunds.

Royal Jordanian has contracted with third parties to provide some of the ground services featured in the Zuwar Stopover package and as such is not responsible for negligent acts or omissions of these contractors, their employees, agents or representatives. Royal Jordanian reserves the right to cancel or change any service and is unable to accept any responsibility for loss, damage or expense due to delays or changes in schedules, hotels overbooking or defaults, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other causes. The traveler accepts full responsibility for such loss, damage or expense.

As an international carrier, Royal Jordanian is subject to international conventions limiting its liability. The limitations of liability are contained on your ticket and form part of the terms and conditions thereof.
